We inspire, refocus, and center educators around their purpose. Participants are continually guided to consider and prioritize student impact above adult needs, and challenge them to identify how their beliefs translate into behaviors. We provide the purpose and understanding necessary to unpack, confront, and then identify solutions for the challenges to equity in school systems.
